Cancellations

-On cancellation of any  order after purchase , all amounts paid by the customer towards the lay-by  , Pre-order , Afterpay , Zip , eway Payment will be refunded LESS a termination fee of $100.00 the total sale amount of the product/s. 
Cancellation fee  $100.00 will be applied to all orders  Paid via any payment method . 

LAY BY POLICY

We are more than happy to offer Layby up to 8 Weeks only  and accept partial payments , To enter into the Lay by Agreement a  non-refundable deposit of $100.00 of the total order is required at the beginning as Initial payment and Upon final Lay-by payment, We ship your item delivery of your purchase will be within 3-7 business . , We will endevour to assist you in completing your Layby such as payment reminders and extensions however we do reserve the right to cancel  non-compliant orders . In this case any funds minus initial $100.00 cancellation fee applied to total cost will be refunded to you.

How to LAY-BY Through the System : Browse through our available models . While checkout ,Customers would login to Our system ( Create An account ) : 

• Registered member (if not then signup)
• Initial Payment of Minimum $100.00 Required .
•  Between this time ( Initial payment )  and till 8 weeks, You can make flexible payment to pay off your lay by through our partial payment online system and there is no minimum you have to pay . 
• After submitting the layby payment, Customers  will allow to view the transaction history, Toys N Wheel  will approve the partial payment
• Every Time The buyer can Login and check The remaining balance For lay-by then Can make Payments as little or as big as you wish as long as the total balance is cleared by the end of Lay-by  period Or before .
• If lay-by payments will not be completed by the end of the 8 weeks    , we do reserve the right to cancel non-compliant orders and  In this case any funds minus initial $100.00 cancellation fee applied to total cost will be refunded to you. 
  
• Upon final Lay-by payment, delivery of your purchase will be within 3-7 business .
